WHAT WE TRAIN.

Technical skills, game understanding and confidence — developed through purposeful practice and small-sided football.

Receiving with different surfaces, turning away from pressure and protecting the ball so players feel comfortable in possession.

02 / INDIVIDUAL SKILL

DRIBBLING & 1V1 PLAY

Changing speed and direction, taking on defenders, keeping possession and building the confidence to try skills in games.

03 / GAME INTELLIGENCE

SCANNING & DECISION-MAKING

Checking shoulders, recognising space, choosing when to pass or dribble, and reacting when possession changes.

04 / TEAM PLAY

PASSING & MOVEMENT

Accurate passing, supporting angles, movement off the ball, combinations and creating options for teammates.

Meet the founder

BUILT ON PASSION.
DRIVEN BY DEVELOPMENT.

RDX Football Academy is founded by a passionate junior football coach and current Junior Technical Director who believes quality coaching should help every child feel capable, challenged and excited to play.

Our sessions focus on the moments that matter in a match: a confident first touch, the courage to take on a defender, finding a teammate and making a better decision under pressure. We want young players to enjoy the work of getting better.

Good to know

QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK.

The essentials, without the guesswork.

Is RDX suitable for beginners?

Yes. Yes. Our age-based classes cater to developing players, with coaching tailored to their experience and confidence.

How do you decide which group is right?

Classes are grouped by age: 5–7, 8–9 and 10–13 years. We also consider each player's experience and confidence.

Can my child train at RDX while playing for a club?

Yes. RDX is intended to complement junior club football, with extra time on the ball and opportunities to develop individual skills.

What should players bring?

Football boots suitable for the confirmed venue, shin pads, a water bottle and comfortable training clothes. We’ll confirm any specific requirements before sessions begin.

When will fees and registrations be announced?

These details are still being finalised. The timetable shown is proposed and may change before launch.
